Starmer to Press Partner Nations on Extended-Range Weaponry for Ukraine at London Conference
The UK Prime Minister plans to press allies to provide Ukrainian forces with more extended-range weaponry to target Moscow's positions during discussions in Britain on Friday.
Sir Keir is set to welcome Ukrainian President Zelensky alongside what's known as "coalition of the willing", comprising numerous of Kyiv's partners who have pledged to grant Ukraine security guarantees once hostilities pause is brokered.
Ukraine's president has been appealing for weeks for additional advanced missile technology from the West, an action that Moscow has cautions would worsen the hostilities.

Sir Keir will encourage participants to expand the supply of long-range weapons following a successful attack on a chemical plant in the Bryansk region, the Russian Federation, using Britain-delivered Storm Shadow missiles.
"And his brutal strikes on small children in a daycare in recent days make that crystal clear," he added.
Several minors were part of at least seven fatally wounded in a wave of Moscow's attacks on the country, which struck a daycare center in the major urban center Kharkiv.
Financial Discussions
The Prime Minister will discuss with partner nations on methods to withdraw Russian oil and gas off the global market.
The participants will furthermore discuss using blocked Russian resources to provide Kyiv with economic assistance, although the proposal experienced divided opinions and regulatory obstacles at the European meeting on yesterday.
